A method and system for correcting a cool chamber temperature of a direct-cooling type refrigerator are provided to reduce a cooling time of a cooling chamber by controlling a main temperature after correction cooling. A method of correcting a cool chamber temperature of a direct-cooling type refrigerator includes the steps of determining whether a door for a cool chamber is opened(S10), determining whether variation of the cool chamber temperature is within a reference range due to opening of the cool chamber(S30), cooling the cool chamber to a cool chamber setting temperature(S40), and cooling the cool chamber to a cool chamber correction temperature lower than the cool chamber setting temperature when temperature variation of the cool chamber is not within a reference range(S50). |
