PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium excellent in folding crack resistance.SOLUTION: A recording medium has a base material, and an ink receiving layer containing inorganic particles and a binder; and has an undercoat layer containing resin having a glass transition temperature of 5°C or lower between the base material and the ink receiving layer.
