An energy recovery device of a plasma display panel is provided to prevent energy recovery efficiency between a scan electrode and a sustain electrode from being changed due to the loss or phase difference of plural elements by integrating paths of recovering and supplying energy. An energy recovery device(52) of a plasma display panel includes a first sustain pulse supply unit(56) for supplying sustain pulse to scan electrodes(Y); a second sustain pulse supply unit(66) for supplying the sustain pulse to sustain electrodes; and an energy recovery/supply unit(54) connected between the first and second sustain pulse supply units and provided with a source capacitor(Cs) storing the energy of reactive power that does not contribute to discharging in the plasma display panel, to re-supply the energy stored in the source capacitor to the scan and sustain electrodes.
