A file case binding-strap overlapping fastener apparatus comprising a file case. The file case consists of a case body (N and D), a case cover (N1 and D1), and a flap (N2 and D2). Without using glue, fixing apparatus made of a certain material in the form of overlapping fasteners (c1, c2, h1, and h2) or binding straps (L1, L2, R1, and R2) are planted directly on the inside and outside of the bottom part of the case body and on the inside and outside of the flap. The overlapping fasteners or binding straps are provided at either extremity of the fixing apparatus. Fixed locking fasteners or binding fasteners are connected via the overlapping fasteners or binding straps. When strapped tight, file case locking fasteners (y1 and y2), a vertical hook-and-loop fastener hook surface (h), and a vertical hook-and-look velvet surface (c) are joined as one rectangle, binding fasteners (v1 and v2) and straps (R and L) are joined as one rectangle, and a force is evenly distributed around the rectangles. The file case binding-strap overlapping fastener apparatus has the overlapping fasteners and the binding-straps planted directly on the inside and outside of the flap and of the case body, thus preventing the detachment of overlapping fasteners and binding straps that are fixed with glue. |
