PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print management system that can perform pull printing without generating a waiting time resulting from printing being performed after a print execution instruction is issued by a user to an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus receives a print job from a print server in advance (S404) and develops an image (S405), and thereby to reduce a waiting time from when a user issues execution of printing to the image forming apparatus. At this time, the print server does not transmit the print job to all image forming apparatuses, but selects an image forming apparatus that is highly likely to be used by the user before transmitting the print job so as to instruct to be standby for printing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
