PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress repair cost by enabling only a fastening member for attaching and detaching a changeable cover without changing a base trim cover when the fastening member is damaged.SOLUTION: A seat suspension structure 10 supports in a suspending manner, a changeable cover 7 to be capable of attached to and detached from a seat member provided with a base trim cover 6, the suspension structure 10 having: an open type fastening member 5 that is seamed not with the base trim cover 6, and that comprises a fastener part consisting of one fastener half 511 and the other fastener half 512 and a slider part that slides along the fastener part to open and close the one fastener half 511 and the other fastener half 512; and a fixing member 18 that fixes the one fastener half 511 on the seat member in a suspension groove part 11.
