An input method integrated with a voice-over-Internet-protocol function. The input method is characterized in that, when any code is input, an icon (1) is displayed in an input field, a contact, i.e., a candidate character/word is selected by using an arrow key ↓, the icon (1) is clicked by using a mouse, a voice-over-Internet-protocol interface is activated, and a user edits contact information such as a telephone number. When the code of the contact is input next time by using, for example, Pinyin or Wubi, an m (a mobile telephone number) and/or t (a landline telephone number) are/is displayed behind the code; the user clicks m or t by using the mouse or performs a similar touch action, the input method is switched to a voice-over-Internet-protocol calling interface, and the telephone number and the calling state of the contact are displayed; and operations of redialing and hanging up as well as operations of modifying, adding and deleting contacts and telephone numbers and the like can be preformed. |
