摘要

A mirror holder (2) having a spherical sliding surface (2a) whose centre exists at the centre (3a) of reflection of a reflecting mirror (3) is fixed to an L-shaped waveguide member (4) which permits the passage of a laser beam through it. A mirror retaining member (1) holds the reflecting mirror and has a sliding surface (1a) which slides over the sliding surface. A micrometer (5) pushes the mirror holder (2) in a transverse direction and slides the mirror retaining member in a direction represented by an arrow (B). Even when the mirror retaining member is slid by the micrometer, the centre (3a) of the reflecting mirror stays unchanged and only the reflection angle can be adjusted easily. @(7pp Dwg.No. 1/2)@.
