<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of backlash and to reduce the generation of tooth contact noise of a gear by locating a spring to the outer peripheral part of the under head of a screw by which a Hypoid gear is attached to a lower rotary body, and engaging the Hypoid gear with a Hypoid pinion in a state to push up the Hypoid gear through the force of the spring. CONSTITUTION:An involute spline 2 is formed in a tip and engaged with an involute spline 4 of a clutch 3. A Hypoid pinion 1 is engaged with a Hypoid gear 12 to form a reduction gear 12a. Torque of an electric motor 13 is decelerated by means of the reduction gear 12a to increase torque. In which case, the Hypoid gear 12 is inserted in a lower rotary body 14 after a spring 17 is inserted in a counter sunk hole part 16 of a screw hole part 15 of the lower rotary body 14, and fastened against the lower rotary body 14 by means of a screw 18. The Hypoid gear 12 is movable axially of the rotary body 14 by an amount equivalent to a total sum of gaps 1 and 2 and pushed upward trough the force of the spring 17 and engaged with the Hypoid pinion 1 in a state that backlash is prevented from occurring.</p> |
