PURPOSE:To make characteristic values of a duplex extruded product into a regular value extremely precisely, by a method wherein the characteristic values such as a width, weight and a thickness of a duplex extruded product are measured, based on those characteristic values of which a running speed of a belt conveyor is controlled and an extruding speed of an extruding machine of a duplex extruding device is controlled. CONSTITUTION:An extruded product comprised of a plurality of kinds of members and a plurality of layers and an extruded product of one kind and a single layer or a multi-kind and multi-layer where only a number of kinds are few are extrude at a time through a duplex extruding device 1 having a plurality of extruding machines 2, 3 and those duplex extruded products 7, 8 are pulled out by a common conveyor belt 9. Characteristic values of the duplex extruded products 7, 8 to be pulled out on the conveyor belt 9 are measured by a camera 11 and circuits 12, 13. Based on this result, a running speed of the conveyor belt 9 is controlled and an extruding speed of the extruding machine 3, which extrudes a kind of a member contained in only an extruded product of a layer where a number of kinds of members are many, provided in an extruding machine 1 is controlled. |
