<p>A handover triggering method of a mobile terminal is provided to be capable of retransmitting a message for handover when a response to the message is not received for a predetermined time from an RNC(Radio Network Controller) after the message is sent to the RNC when a handover event of the terminal occurs, thus call disconnection phenomenon can be prevented. If a particular event occurs among plural communication events of a mobile terminal(11), the terminal(11) responds to the occurrence of the particular event, and sends a particular message to an RNC(14). If a response to the message is not received for a preset time from the RNC(14), the terminal(11) retransmits the message to the RNC(14).</p> |
