PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high productivity foamed resin tube with a crest pattern, having superb surface strength and the feasibility of undergoing a clear-cut embossment process even when the shaping speed is comparatively higher. SOLUTION: Plural endless belts 11, each of which has a shaping die 13 on the outer peripheral face, are run pressing the long foamed resin tube with a skin layer continuously supplied through a circular shaping passage. The shaping dies 13 are combined together and arranged so that the cross section of the combined shaping dies 13 forms the circular shaping passage. |
