PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recoverable and recyclable resin-finished paper resistant to water and oil, having excellent defiberability, free from blocking phenomenon and useful for paper tray, food-packaging container, etc., required to have water and oil resistance. SOLUTION: An acrylic resin emulsion having a Tg of 10-28 deg.C is applied in an amount of 3-20g/m<2> in terms of solid to one or both surfaces of a base paper composed mainly of papermaking natural fiber and having a surface roughness Rmax of 30-5μm and a Cobb water absorptivity of 50-20g/m<2> .2min and the coating layer is dried by heating.
