PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally adjust the rotating speed of a scrub roller with simple and inexpensive constitution by turning on/off voltage impressed on a motor from a power source and controlling the rotating speed of the scrub roller. SOLUTION: A carrying roller and the like other than the scrub roller are driven by a 1st driving motor and the scrub roller and a press-contact roller are driven by a 2nd driving motor 75. A voltage on/off part 81 is provided between the AC power source 80 and the motor 75. The voltage on/off part 81 is controlled by a control part 82 so as to control the on-time (off-time) of the voltage impressed on the motor 75. An operator optionally sets the on- time or the off-time by an operation part 83 connected to the control part 82. Thus, the rotating speed of the motor 75, that is, the rotating speed of the scrub roller is changed. Therefore, a speed controller is disused and the motor 75 need no be used for the speed controller, so that the constitution becomes inexpensive. |
