PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a simple circuital structure controlled in a continuous way for driving a rotatuonal probe put in a narrow tube in a heat exchange tube and the like. SOLUTION: A rotation stabilizing controller 40 includes a voltage control oscillator 45 made up of a Schmitt trigger inverter and a variable capacity diode for converting a change of speed setting signal Sv as a voltage signal into a change in frequency, a PLL circuit 47 for comparing a pulse frequency (FTG) fed back from a rotation detector of a driving motor with a reference frequency (fS) entered by the voltage control oscillator 45, and generating a phase difference signal thereof, and a power amplifying circuit 51 for receiving the phase difference signal and adjusting a current for the driving motor according to a change in phase difference signal. |
