PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the peeling of a hologram photosensitive material caused when hologram color filters are cut and separated individually. SOLUTION: This method of the hologram color filter diffracts and converges lights of the respective wavelength bands corresponding to the primary colors of light. On a single transparent base substrate, a hologram photosensitive material 2 is formed and specific areas of the hologram photosensitive material 2 are exposed to object light and reference light through interference under specific conditions to form hologram lens arrays in the specific areas; and the hologram photosensitive material 2 in unnecessary areas is removed and cutting is carried out in the areas where the hologram photosensitive material 2 is removed to separate individual hologram color filters 10.
