PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause an opening formed as a penetration opening of a duct to be certainly opened in an inner wall when attaching the inner wall by moving a flange according to the thickness of the inner wall, and protruding a duct from an end of the flange to the indoor side by a dimension almost equal to the thickness of the inner wall. SOLUTION: On a wall part 1 of a building is provided a long groove 4 freely movingly in longitudinal direction of a cylindrical duct 3 to be provided to form a ventilating hole 2. A flange 5 to be installed on the wall part 1 is installed on the duct 3 by means of a position adjusting means 7 formed by a screw 6 for adjusting a position inserted into a long groove 4 to be screwed to the duct 3. The flange 5 is moved according to the thickness of an inner wall 8, a protruding part 3a of the duct 3 is caused to protrude from an end part of the flange 5 to the inside 9 of a room by a dimension almost equal to the thickness of the inner wall 8, and a power source wire 10 is introduced from the wall part 1 to the inside 9 of a room. As a result, since the protruding part 3a is in the way when attaching the inner wall 8, so that a house builder attaches the inner wall 8 with an opening 11 certainly opened. |
