PURPOSE: A transmission shift interlock device is provided to prevent the damage of an interlock lever efficiently and to make possible the use of a shift interlock device commonly at left and right wheel steering seats. CONSTITUTION: The transmission shift interlock device comprises:a position plate(100) installed on a base(90) having many position contacting faces(101A-101F) respectively corresponding to many shifting position including parking(P) and back up(R); an interlock arm(110) having its one end to be combined to the position plate by a pivot and having its other end to rotate on the lower part of the position contacting face corresponding to the parking shifting position of the position plate; a lever rotating shaft(120) supported on the upper part of the position plate to be able to rotate; and a solenoid(140) connected to an operation lever(130).
