PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reload a spent test piece in a reactor pressure vessel with a state maintaining inert gas atmosphere. SOLUTION: A capsule body 18 inserted with a plurality of spent test pieces 1 in a row and sealed at both ends by plugs 19 and 20 is formed in cylinder shape so that deformation of the capsule body 18 by reactor water pressure is prevented without increasing the wall thickness of the capsule body 18 and the spent test pieces 1 preserved in the reactor pressure vessel are maintained in inert gas atmosphere.
