PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable execution even on a pseudo workstation as well as a workstation connected to a server by structuring a pseudo workstation in a system space (memory) on the server. SOLUTION: The server 30 is arranged mimetically as a pseudo workstation in the memory of the system space. Workstations 10 and 20 are connected to the server 30 by radio or a connection cable 14. When a program is executed on the server 30, a pseudo (virtual) workstation 15 is structured (generated) in the system space (memory) on the server 30 and then information regarding the program to be run on the pseudo workstation 15 is set. The program can be executed even on the pseudo workstation 15 as well as the workstation 20 and 10 connected directly or indirectly to the server 30.
