PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply design utilizing the fouling of a wall surface by forming fouling restrained surfaces subjected to fouling restraining treatment after fouling removal treatment applied to a concrete wall surface, and concrete texture surfaces left as they are, on the concrete wall surface. SOLUTION: Fouling restrained surfaces 1 subjected to fouling restraining treatment after fouling removal treatment applied to a concrete wall surface, and concrete texture surfaces 2 left as they are, are formed on the concrete wall surface A of a concrete retaining wall. The concrete wall surface A therefore comes to have different brightness of color between the fouling restrained surfaces 1 cleaned by removing fouling and maintained to ground color because of being restrained from subsequent fouling, and the concrete texture surfaces darkened by fouling. Design utilizing contrast caused by the difference in the brightness of color can therefore be presented.
