PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a reclining device for reducing a lateral swing of a seat without increasing thickness or reducing comfortableness of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This mounting structure comprises a reclining mechanism 27 structured longitudinally turnably, and a lower bracket 29 fixed to the lower side of the reclining mechanism 27. In the mounting structure of the reclining device, the reclining mechanism 27 is mounted on the side surface of a seat back frame 96, and the lower bracket 29 is mounted on the side surface of a seat cushion frame 75. The side surface 61 of a support bracket 23 is fixed to the lower bracket 29, the mounting part 77 of a back surface 63 is fixed to the back surface 75a of the seat cushion frame 75. The back end of the support bracket 23 is extended inside in the car width direction, and the extended end may be fixed to the back surface 75a of the seat cushion frame 75.
