PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weatherproof organic silicone resin composition without greatly damaging general properties required for a sealing material, paint, adhesive, casting material, coating material, etc. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 parts by mass organic silicone polymer (1) with a polyoxyalkylene main chain and a reactive silicon group, -SiXaR3-a wherein R is a substituted or non-substituted monovalent organic group, X is an OH group or a hydrolyzable group, and a is a number of 1, 2, or 3, at the end of the molecule, and 0.1-100 parts by mass compound (2) obtainable by reacting a silicon compound having an organic group having an NCO group in the group, and an alkoxyl group or an acetoxyl group is bonded to the silicon atom, with a deterioration inhibitor having an NH, OH, COOH, or SH group.
