PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently introduce ionization components in an ionization solution, into the living body in which plus (+) ionization components and minus (-) ionization components are mixed. SOLUTION: In order to introduce the ionization components contained in the ionization solution efficiently into the living body, a group of pulse signals with plus polarity and a group of pulse signals with minus polarity are alternatively supplied to a pair of electrodes contacted with the living body.
