PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a clear radiographic image of blood vessels in a chest can be obtained and a disease region is well replicated. SOLUTION: The radiography technique of experimental animals (for example, a blood vessel diseased model rabbit) includes the process of taking the radiographic image of the experimental animal with an expanded chest by inert gas under the anesthetized condition, or under the deep anesthetized condition using an antificial inspirator.
