PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precious metal ornament which can produce easily handleable products with a better touch on skin along with cost competitiveness added thereto by filing the body thereof with different precious metal materials, and moreover, enables simple formation of arbitrary patterns, or the like, in terms of desired position, size, and the like, by using a plurality of precious metal materials. SOLUTION: In the production method for precious metal ornaments, the body 1 of the precious metal ornament is so formed as to have a recessed part 2 using precious metals or precious metal alloys, and a filling part 3 comprising precious metals or precious metal alloys differing from the body is cast into the recessed part of the body.
