PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual scale removing tool capable of housing scales without scattering and capable of removing scales by pressing with gripping force to a fish body. SOLUTION: This scale removing tool comprises a container provided with a grip stand to grip by hand and a gap having a necessary width opened on the bottom and the gap has a blade formed on one side for raising scales and a removed scales stocking part continuing to the blade part. In the container, the upper container provided with the grip stand and the lower container provided with the scale raising blade and the scale stocker on the bottom can be made freely attachable to and detachable from each other.
