A post (10), comprising of a first elongated component (11) having a first side wall (not shown) forming a partially enclosed first hollow, the edges of said first side wall or respective portions of said first side wall adjacent to the edges defining a first elongate opening (not shown) extending along its length. Also a second elongate component (12) having a second side wall (not shown) forming a partially enclosed second hollow, the edges of said second side wall or respective portions of said second side wall adjacent to the edges defining a second elongate opening (25b) extending along its length. The said elongate component being engaged with said first elongate component with said second opening being within said first hollow and the edges of said first side wall or respective portions of said first side wall adjacent the edges engaging with the outer face of said second wall to secure said second component to said first component.
