PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a battery for suppressing vibration of a dash panel with a simple structure, and effectively suppressing vibration of the battery. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the battery includes the dash panel 15 for partitioning the inside of a vehicle cabin 20 from the outside, a cross member 30, the battery 25, a second bracket 50, and a holder part 60. The battery 25 is mounted in the vicinity of the dash panel 15. A first bracket 40 is provided on the cross member 30 provided in front of the dash panel 15. The battery 25 is disposed on the first bracket 40. The holder part 60 is provided with a first holder member 61 and a second holder member 62. The battery 25 is vertically sandwiched between the second holder member 62 and the first bracket 40. The second holder member 62 extends toward the dash panel 15, and is fixed to the dash panel 15.
