PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording head which has a high durability and ink resistance and enables a high-definition image recording and a method for precisely fabricating the ink-jet recording head. SOLUTION: The internal-stress reduction in a passage formation member and a precise patterning are made possible by the way of using photo cationic polymerizing resin composition which includes condensation products of hydrolysis-nature organic silane compound as materials to form the passage formation member. Thereby, the ink-jet recording head which has the high durability and ink-jet resistance while enabling a high-definition printing for a long term and its manufacturing method can be provided.
