PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold an end surface of a lengthy product in high precision along a total area in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: A block 60 is pressurized by a pressurizing member 64 provided on the outside of the block 60, and a through hole 50 is bent to the inside (in a direction where the through hole 50 becomes smaller). Consequently, it is possible to make a clearance between the through hole 50 and the punch 42 uniform along the total area in the longitudinal direction of the through hole 50 by pressurizing a part from the outside of the block 60 on the part where the clearance between the through hole 50 and the punch 42 is large. Accordingly, a burr is never produced on an end surface of a leader tape 30 even in punching the lengthy product like the leader tape 30.
