PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten metal discharging device capable of improving the positional accuracy of droplets, and reducing the consumption of inert gas while preventing oxidation of solder droplets by feeding inert gas. SOLUTION: A holding plate 9 is provided below a nozzle plate 4. A cavity part 91 around a part immediately below a discharge port 5 is formed in the holding plate 9. A flange 93 is formed on a bottom part of the cavity part 91. In addition, an orifice 11 having an opening with the diameter larger than that of a solder droplet 8 is formed immediately below the discharge port 5 in the bottom part of the flange 93.
