<p>In treatment tank (11), first organic matter decomposition treatment by microbes is carried out for inflow raw water. Aeration tank (12) is partitioned from the treatment tank (11) by diaphragm (14) and there, not only aeration treatment but also second organic matter decomposition treatment by microbes is carried out for the water having been treated in the treatment tank (11) and having flowed from the treatment tank (11). Supernatant water returning means returns the supernatant water obtained by removing any sludge, deposited solid matter and floating solid matter from the treated water of the aeration tank (12) from the aeration tank to the treatment tank.</p> |
