An organic electroluminescent display device for applying to a filed of a natural color display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a yield and a transfer and a chroma of a light source by solving a correctness problem of an arrangement for evaporation. A color filter(30) includes a first photo resist, a second photo resist, and a third photo resist which are formed on a partial surface of a substrate. At least one first electrode(41) is formed on a partial surface of the color filter(30). A first organic light-emitting unit(431) includes a first organic light-emitting layer formed on a surface of the first electrode(41) vertically extended from the first photo resist. The first organic light-emitting unit(431) generates a first light. Second and third organic light-emitting layers are formed by a laminate. At least one fourth organic light-emitting unit is formed on the surface of the first electrode which is vertically extended from the second and third photo resists. The fourth organic light-emitting unit generates a fourth light. At least one second electrode(45) is formed on the surface of the first light-emitting unit(431) and the fourth organic light-emitting unit.
