A transistor generates a dispersion in characteristics. This signal line drive circuit has current source circuits corresponding to the respective wirings. Each of the current source circuits has a capacitor means and a supply means. Each of the current source circuits is characterized by converting a supplied current into a voltage according to a video signal, and by supplying a current corresponding to the converted voltage.
