The invention concerns an electric motor for a food processing electrical household appliance, comprising a stator (1; 1') fixed to a housing (3; 3') of the appliance, the stator including a magnetic angular part (10; 10') having cores (11; 11') provided with coils (12; 12') arranged around a central gap (8; 8') and a rotor (2; 2') mounted on a shaft (22; 22').
