PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program data distribution system in which program data can be acquired more easily than before.

SOLUTION: Distribution request data transmitted by a user side terminal 20 are received (arrow a), management computer 10 then specifies a transfer source terminal 20b video-recording a broadcast program of a program code constituting the distribution request data and transmits transmission request data to the specified transfer source terminal 20b (arrow b). Next, program data transmitted from the transfer source terminal 20b are received (arrow c). Next, a distribution preparation web page is distributed to a transfer destination terminal 20a. When distribution start data are received, the program data are then distributed to the transfer destination terminal 20a (arrow d).
