<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a menu for every user by easy user application. <P>SOLUTION: A previous user menu is erased when an operator changes. A file of the user application where a set of an attribute of an icon and a processing instruction is described is read out from an IC card coupled with an IC card reader, and stored in a DRAM.
