<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive resin composition having sufficient resolution and sensitivity, and to provide a cured film for a display element, the film excellent in compression performance, transmittance, light resistance, voltage retention rate, development durability, heat resistance, and solvent resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation-sensitive resin composition comprises: [A] an alkali-soluble resin; [B] a polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond; [C] a specified oxime photopolymerization initiator having a carbazole group; and [D] at least one kind of compound selected from the group consisting of a compound containing a hindered phenol structure, a compound containing a hindered amine structure, a compound containing a phosphite structure, and a compound containing a thioether structure. The content of the [C] photopolymerization initiator is 0.1 part by mass or more and 5 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the [A] alkali-soluble resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
