PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner that can prevent accumulation of floating particles within a dust sensor.SOLUTION: In an air cleaner (1), a lower part of an air cleaner body includes: a lower suction port for sucking air for cleaning; and a dust sensor (7) for detecting the particle size of floating particles included in the air. The dust sensor (7) having therein a heater (36) for generating an upward air current is disposed so that a suction port (31) for taking in air for detection faces an air flow sucked in to the lower suction port. At least a front cover (22) including an opening (25) corresponding to the suction port (31) on a partition wall partitioning a dust sensor housing portion (20) formed in the air cleaner body to house the dust sensor (7) has antistatic performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
