PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detector capable of adjusting the sensitivity of detection while suppressing reduction in the strength of a bus bar.SOLUTION: A current detector comprises a bus bar 10 and a magnetic sensor element 20 for detecting a magnetic field generated around the bus bar 10 by an electric current flowing in the bus bar 10. The bus bar 10 is provided with one or more slits 11 extending obliquely in a longitudinal direction of the bus bar 10.
