PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a customer-specific delivery management support system cooperating with a warehousing/delivery management system for allowing even a beginner to simply, continuously and quickly perform picking work in which the beginner selectively takes out needed merchandise from a merchandise shelf easily and without a mistake to put the merchandise in a customer-specific designated distribution container flowing on a conveyor in a merchandise delivery center.SOLUTION: The projector using picking device comprises a projection device (projector) for projecting a video image to picking objects and/or a container into which the picking object is put, merchandise shelves for the picking objects, containers into which a picking object is put, a conveyor for conveying the containers into which the picking objects are put, a shipping information processing device for the picking objects, and a control device of the projection device cooperating with the picking object shipping information processing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
