PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery monitoring controller and a method capable of controlling the energy from a secondary battery to be used for original purpose; i.e., for the load unit.SOLUTION: The secondary battery monitoring controller and the method are a controller and a method for monitoring a secondary battery on a serial battery group in which plural secondary batteries are connected to each other in series. Receiving an instruction to execute a monitoring control of a serial battery group and to operate the plural secondary batteries in a power saving operation mode while receiving the electric power required for executing the monitoring control from the serial battery group to reduce the power consumption from the plural secondary batteries.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
