PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device deterioration estimating device that can estimate the deterioration state of a power storage device without perfectly discharging the power storage device.SOLUTION: A power storage device deterioration estimating device for estimating the deterioration state of a power storage device which is provided with an electrode containing plural active materials which are different in deterioration rate, and has a first area dependent on the characteristic of an active material having high deterioration rate in a constant current charging curve, a second area dependent on the characteristic of an active material having a low deterioration rate, and a third area at a lower voltage side than the first area and the second areas, has a storage unit for accumulating and storing information containing voltage and current under constant current charging of the power storage device, and a deterioration state estimation unit for calculating the characteristic value of at least one area of the first area, the second area and the third area on the basis of the information stored in the storage unit, as compared with the characteristic value with an initial characteristic value corresponding to the characteristic value and estimating the deterioration state of the power storage device on the basis of the comparison result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
