PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating and harvesting fruits and vegetables in a soil at low potassium level, the fruits and vegetables being difficult to culture hydroponically.SOLUTION: A composted soil is put in a separated culturing area separated from a surrounding soil, wherein the composted soil has potassium in an amount where total potassium content and fixed potassium content are lower than the amount of potassium enough to harvest and which enables plants to grow. Thus low potassium vegetables, which have been difficult to harvest hydroponically are cultured, in a state of controlling nutrients to be absorbed by plants.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
