According to various embodiments, provided are an indicator device and an electronic device comprising the same comprising: at least one optical waveguide member; at least one light emitting device which is arranged adjacent to the optical waveguide member; and a diffusion sheet arranged to be stacked on at least one surface of the optical waveguide member, and is evenly spread on the upper and lower surfaces of the optical waveguide member after the light irradiated from the lighting emitting device is optical wave-guided to the optical waveguide member, wherein the light spread by the diffusion sheet is configured to be diffused simultaneously to the outside in at least two different surfaces of an electronic device. Without regard to the state on how an electronic device is placed, the device is configured to easily recognize the information output in an electronic device to a user, thereby increasing the convenience of uses of an electronic device.
