The present invention relates to a thermal medium heating system connected to a waste heat recovery unit (10) to control a temperature of process oil, comprising: an upper heating part (30) including a heater (32) that can control a flow rate on a lower side of the waste heat recovery unit (10); a lower heating part (40) including a heater (42) that can control a flow rate on a lower side of the upper heating part (30); and a bypass part (50) installed to bypass a heating medium on the heaters (32, 42) and an independent passage. Accordingly, since a single parallel circuit of a thermal medium system is reconstituted as a double circuit, a dump cooler is excluded. In addition, as a result of the reconstitution, total costs and man-hours may be reduced, and high productivity may be maintained by improving stability. |
