Provided is an apparatus of maintaining a posture for a wheelchair. The apparatus of maintaining a posture for a wheelchair is configured to enable a shaking motion at a position where two support frames supporting the seat plate of the wheelchair cross each other, thereby being safely used without a user falling by allowing the user to maintain a predetermined posture even when the wheelchair leans in accordance with a road condition. Especially, the apparatus of maintaining a posture for a wheelchair is configured to enable a shaking motion of the support frames by delivering a rotating force of a motor by a gear, thereby controlling a force or a speed with a simple structure, being easily manufactured and used, and quickly and accurately transmitting the rotating force using the engagement of the gear, and allowing a wheelchair user to stably and continuously maintain a posture regardless of a road condition. The apparatus of maintaining a posture for a wheelchair can allow a wheelchair user to stably maintain a posture in accordance with a road condition while the user poses most comfortably in accordance with the degree of disability of a wheelchair user by allowing a user or a guardian to control the angle of the support frame using the controller and the horizontal state of the support frame supporting a seat plate on which the wheelchair user sits.
