The present invention relates to a primer for detecting Ulva linza and a detection kit comprising the same. The primer set for qualifying and quantifying Ulva linza DNA comprises a forward primer having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO 1 and a reverse primer having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO 2. According to the present invention, the primer set enables a user to predict relative concentration of Ulva linza existing in coast by using a method for predicting relative concentration of the Ulva linza in real time using the same, thereby being expected to reduce damages caused by the water-bloom phenomenon in the coast and shore.
