PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake in which a slide pin smoothly moves in a pin hole even when the slide pin inclines in the pin hole.SOLUTION: A disc brake 1 comprises a mounting member 2 mounted to a non-rotation part of a vehicle and having an arm portion 2A that strides over a disc D in the axial direction, and a caliper 4 provided with slide pins 5A, 5B at positions corresponding to the arm portion 2A to press a pair of friction pads 7, which are movably provided on the mounting member 2, against the opposite surfaces of the disc D. The arm portion 2A of the mounting member 2 is formed with a pin hole 10 having a bottom 10B, in which the slide pin 5A is slidably arranged. The pin hole 10 has a first part 11 extending parallel to the axial direction of the disc D on an opening 10A side of the pin hole 10, and a second part 12 formed to be inclined vertically upward according as advancing to the bottom 10B of the pin hole 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
